Governor Brewer Announces New AHCCCS Director

Today, Governor Jan Brewer announced the promotion of Thomas Betlach to Director of Arizona's Medicaid agency, the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System. Mr. Betlach currently serves as the Deputy Director of AHCCCS. Mr. Betlach will replace Tony Rodgers who is leaving his position to join Health Management Associates, a national consulting firm.
