Investigates abuse and neglect

Provides outreach and training on legal rights and self-advocacy

Brings impact litigation to remedy systemic problems

Provides technical assistance to groups and individuals on disability-related legal issues

Thanks, Judy. Two AZ lawyers I work with quite a lot in the disability law area are Robert Fleming, Tucson, and Bridget O' Brien Swartz, Phoenix. I do alot of special needs planning in Idaho. I was a member of the AZ Bar but am not now because I decided not to move to AZ as had earlier been planned. Looking forward to learning from this site.
