In 1968, Congress passed the U.S. Fair Housing Act. 20 years later (1988), the Fair Housing Act was amended to include housing protections on the basis of disability. The Arizona Center for Disability Law provides free information about housing discrimination on the basis of disability. National Dialogue Begins on Transportation Needs of Persons with Disabilities

A national online dialogue has begun to increase access to affordable and reliable transportation for persons with disabilities, older adults and persons with limited incomes.
