AZ Supreme Court denies cert. ACDL continues to look for ways to ensure access to healthcare.

Yesterday, the Arizona Supreme Court denied our request for review on our lawsuit against the State seeking to stop the AHCCCS enrollment freeze for childless adults.  ACDL, along with the William E. Morris Institute for Justice and the Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest, had filed suit in Superior Court, then appealed to the Court of Appeals, and had made a last attempt by appealing to the Supreme Court.  We are disappointed that the Supreme Court declined to review the case, but we…See More

National Dialogue Begins on Transportation Needs of Persons with Disabilities

A national online dialogue has begun to increase access to affordable and reliable transportation for persons with disabilities, older adults and persons with limited incomes.
