The Arizona Center for Disability Law will be conducting several trainings in the upcoming months for parents of students in special education programs. The FREE trainings provide practical advice and strategies for parents to develop their own skills in working with educators and school districts and to advocate for their children's rights.
The trainings will be held at the Disability Empowerment Center, Conference Hall 1, 5025 E. Washington Street. Dates for the trainings are:
August 13,
September 15,
October 22, and
November 17. There will be two sessions on those dates: 9 AM to Noon and 6 to 9 PM. Please sign up for either a morning or afternoon session.
